How it sells itself

MyEcomERP helps merchants who sell with cash on delivery manage orders from one dashboard. Orders placed on your Shopify store are imported automatically with customer and shipping details. You can book shipments with local couriers, and tracking is sent back to Shopify so customers receive a shipping confirmation.

Stop retyping web orders in Business Central. Each paid order arrives as a sales order with the customer, items by SKU, shipping and VAT, and the total is checked against what the customer paid. Returning customers are recognised by VAT number or email, so you don't get duplicates. When you post a shipment in Business Central, the order in your store is fulfilled, partial shipments too.

Key points
  • Automatically sync Shopify orders with full customer and shipping details
  • Book shipments with local couriers and push tracking back to Shopify
  • Reconcile cash-on-delivery payments against your orders
  • Paid orders become sales orders, with VAT checked against what customers paid
  • Posted shipments fulfill your store's orders, also when you ship in parts
  • Set up in minutes: sign in with Microsoft, nothing to install
  • Your store's stock follows Business Central every few minutes, matched by SKU
