How it sells itself

InventoryLoop turns sales history and current stock into explainable reorder suggestions. Out-of-stock days are excluded from sales velocity, and every recommendation shows its reasoning. Create purchase orders per supplier as PDFs or send them by email. Record partial receipts; landed costs are allocated across items and stock is written back to Shopify.

MakeOrder works with the purchase orders you already create in Shopify, so there is no second PO system. See every purchase order with ordered, received and outstanding quantities. Send a PO to the supplier as a branded PDF, CSV and Excel file with a share link and a prefilled email. Export every PO line. Keep last, average and weighted-average cost per item.

Key points
  • Daily reorder suggestions with visible reasoning and urgency
  • One-click purchase orders per supplier, as PDF or straight to email
  • Goods receipts with partial deliveries, stock written back to Shopify
  • Real landed costs: freight and duties fairly allocated across items
  • Works with Shopify's own purchase orders: ordered, received and outstanding
  • Send POs to suppliers as PDF, CSV and Excel, with a link and prefilled email
  • Bulk export of every purchase order line to CSV or Excel
  • Cost history: last, average and weighted-average cost, with write-back
