How it sells itself

Inventory Stock Alert monitors your product inventory and sends real-time notifications when stock drops below your threshold via email, Slack, or both. Set one global threshold, or configure custom thresholds per product for items that need different reorder levels. Alerts trigger automatically through Shopify webhooks whenever inventory changes, and you can run a manual scan from the dashboard anytime.

Low-stock Alert checks your inventory once a day and sends one email listing every product variant that has dropped below a threshold you set. Restock before you run out, without checking the admin each day. Set one global threshold for the whole store. On Pro, give fast or slow sellers their own threshold per variant and send the report to several email addresses.

Key points
  • Email and Slack notifications — choose one, the other, or both
  • Set custom per-product thresholds for items that need different reorder levels
  • Real-time, daily digest, or weekly summary notification frequency
  • Export low-stock report as CSV for reordering or sharing with your team
  • Daily email report of all products below your stock threshold.
  • Set a global threshold or custom limits per product or variant.
  • Runs automatically each day; no manual inventory checks required.
