How it sells itself

Shopify Flow has no native trigger for metafield changes. When custom data updates on products, customers, orders, or collections, Flow can't react. FieldWatch fills that gap. Browse your real metafield definitions, pick one to watch, and set a condition like equals, contains, or changed to. When the value changes, FieldWatch fires a Flow trigger with old and new values.

Trigify adds trigger points to Shopify Flow that aren't available natively. Manual triggers run a flow on demand from the product, order, draft order, or customer page: Order, Draft Order, Customer, and Product Manual Triggers. Automatic triggers cover the events merchants use most: Product Cost Changed, Product Price Changed, Product SKU Changed, Product Status Changed, Product Tags Changed, Cart Created, and more.

Key points
  • Browse your real metafield definitions — no manual namespace or key typing
  • Conditional triggers: only fire when value equals, contains, or changes to X
  • Every Flow trigger includes the previous value and new value for automation
  • Full execution history showing what changed, when, and whether it triggered
  • Trigger Flow automations from store events not supported by default
  • Each trigger passes real store data into your workflow automatically
  • Works inside the Flow app you already have, no new tools to learn
  • New triggers added regularly as your automation needs grow

How Shoplist compares apps

Store counts come from Shoplist’s crawl of Shopify storefronts, which detects the apps each store runs; they are as of Oct 14, 2026 for FieldWatch, Oct 13, 2026 for Trigify. Reviews, ratings, plans, features and integrations come from each app’s Shopify App Store listing. 28-day figures are labeled when estimated, and a figure that is missing or estimated never decides who leads.
