Polish VAT taxpayers issue invoices to business buyers in KSeF, the national e-invoicing system. To start: enter your NIP and company name, create a token in the Ministry of Finance's KSeF app and paste it into the app. From then on every paid order with the buyer's NIP becomes a KSeF invoice, its KSeF number and state shown on the order. Refunds become corrective invoices. Consumer invoices are optional.
