How it sells itself

ExpiryGuard tracks expiration dates at the batch level — each delivery gets its own quantity and best-before date. FIFO auto-rotation ensures oldest stock ships first. Our dashboard shows total inventory "Value at Risk" and flags upcoming expiries before they become a problem. Expired products can be hidden from your storefront in one click. No complex WMS or batch codes required — just add a date and save.

Shopify has no place to record which batch of a product is on your shelf. TraceKit adds it. Log a lot or batch against any product: lot code, quantity, supplier, reference document, manufactured, received and expiry dates. The dashboard and a Monday email show lots expiring within 30 days and past their date. When a supplier issues a recall, trace which orders received that lot and export the buyer list as CSV.

Key points
  • Track expiry dates instantly by scanning barcodes. No complex batch codes.
  • Visualize inventory health and "Value @ Risk" on a clear traffic-light dashboard
  • Identify spoiled stock and hide it from your storefront with a single click.
  • Log lot / batch codes, quantities, suppliers and dates against products
  • Expiry dashboard and a Monday email: expiring within 30 days, past expiry
  • Recall tracing: see which orders received a lot, export buyers as CSV
  • FSMA 204 export: FDA sortable spreadsheet with receiving records
