See every featureDirective (EU) 2024/825 requires every EU shop to inform customers about the statutory warranty. The EU warranty label shows the official graphic of the European Commission for this, unchanged and in your customer's language. You choose the pages and whether the label appears directly or behind a badge. A copyable block also puts the notice into every order confirmation.
From 27 September 2026, EU law requires online stores selling to consumers in the EU to display a harmonised notice about the legal guarantee of conformity. Products with a commercial durability guarantee of more than two years must also show the official EU GARAN label. There is no exemption by company size.
