How it sells itself

If the purchase order tool you relied on is being retired, this is the simple replacement. Create a purchase order in a minute: search your catalog, set quantities and supplier prices (the last one per supplier is remembered), then download a PDF or email it to your supplier. When stock arrives, receive it partially or in full and your inventory updates at the location you choose.

Raise a purchase order against a supplier, send it, then receive the stock by scanning barcodes as it arrives. Partial deliveries are fine — the order stays open until the rest lands. Every receipt writes to inventory at the location you chose. Then print shelf labels straight off that order: barcode, name, and the price if you want it, on sheets or a roll printer.

Key points
  • Create purchase orders by searching your catalog by title, SKU or vendor
  • Email or download a clean purchase order PDF your supplier can act on
  • Receive stock partially or in full and inventory updates automatically
  • Print scannable barcode labels for received stock on A4 sheets or rolls
  • Raise purchase orders against suppliers and track what is still on the way
  • Receive stock by scanning barcodes, or by typing SKUs when you have no scanner
  • Print barcode shelf labels straight off a received order, on sheets or a roll
  • Receipts write to available inventory at the location you choose
