How it sells itself

Depoto is a full-featured warehouse management system that helps you with product cards, order management and picking. We provide an application for warehouse handheld devices, that allows the warehouse picker to efficiently pick items at positions, then the packer packs them into boxes and tapes them with printed carrier address labels (direct integration to carrier APIs).

Raise a purchase order against a supplier, send it, then receive the stock by scanning barcodes as it arrives. Partial deliveries are fine — the order stays open until the rest lands. Every receipt writes to inventory at the location you chose. Then print shelf labels straight off that order: barcode, name, and the price if you want it, on sheets or a roll printer.

Key points
  • Positioned warehouses, records of expirations, batches, serial numbers.
  • Go Paperless with the Depoto App smart guidance.
  • Easy-to-use app for warehouse operations.
  • Supports multi-picking workflows for warehouse efficiency.
  • Raise purchase orders against suppliers and track what is still on the way
  • Receive stock by scanning barcodes, or by typing SKUs when you have no scanner
  • Print barcode shelf labels straight off a received order, on sheets or a roll
  • Receipts write to available inventory at the location you choose
