How it sells itself

Stores selling to the EU and UK must ask visitors for consent before tracking. Consentry shows a banner only where your store requires it and keeps tracking blocked until visitors decide. Choices are recorded through Shopify's customer privacy system, and Consent Mode v2 lets Google Analytics and Ads keep measuring visitors who accept. Visitors can change their choice anytime.

CookieConsentHQ adds a cookie consent banner to your online store through an app embed, with no code to edit. Known trackers stay blocked until a visitor accepts, and each choice is passed to Shopify's Customer Privacy API, so Shopify's own analytics and marketing respect it.

Key points
  • Blocks analytics and marketing tags until the visitor gives consent
  • Keeps Google Analytics and Ads measuring via Consent Mode v2
  • Shows the banner only in regions where your store requires consent
  • Visitors can change or withdraw their choice anytime via a cookie badge
  • Blocks known trackers until visitors accept, then loads them
  • Passes each visitor's choice to Shopify's Customer Privacy API
  • Sends Google Consent Mode v2 signals and honours Global Privacy Control
  • Region rules: opt-in, opt-out or notice by country and US state
