How it sells itself

CatalogSync eliminates the manual work of sharing products between Shopify stores. Suppliers can share their catalog with resellers in a one-way sync, while inventory stays synchronized automatically from supplier to reseller. Resellers set custom markup rules during import and manage products from multiple suppliers in one dashboard.

Fashionbits EDI connects your store to your suppliers' EDI in both directions. A product catalog (PRICAT) becomes finished products, variants, barcodes and prices, without retyping. Delivery notes (DESADV) are booked as incoming transfers to your locations. In return, the app sends your suppliers sales reports (SLSRPT) and stock reports (INVRPT) built from your store data, so they can plan replenishment.

Key points
  • Share products from your catalog with reseller stores securely
  • Automatic inventory synchronization across all connected stores
  • Set custom markup rules when importing supplier products
  • Manage connections and approve or revoke reseller access
  • Import PRICAT catalogs as products, variants, barcodes and prices
  • Create product variants automatically, with SKUs and barcodes
  • Receive DESADV delivery notes and book them as incoming transfers
  • Validate every message and review any errors in one place
