How it sells itself

For stores that make products from a customer's own file: prints, photo gifts, signs, engraving. The upload box shows the file types and size limit we really enforce, so no shopper is told one limit and refused at another. The file name goes on the order line; the file stays in private storage until the day you choose.

Shoppers pick a photo, logo or PDF on the product page before adding to cart. The file goes straight into your store's Files, and a link shows on the cart item, at checkout and on the order. Files up to 20 MB never expire and stay in your store even if you remove the app. No theme edits: it's an app block you place yourself. Uploads never stop without warning.

Key points
  • Upload box on your product page: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF, up to 25 MB
  • The size limit shoppers read is exactly the limit the upload enforces
  • The file name goes on the order line; download the file in the app
  • One email when uploads break, one when fixed; weekly summary email
  • Files saved to your store's Files and linked on each order, with no expiry
  • Require an upload before Add to cart; choose file types, size and count
  • Upload list in your admin shows each file and the order it belongs to
