How it sells itself

BotScrub reviews your newest customer accounts and flags fake customers and bot signups, such as links or gibberish in names, disposable emails, and bursts of similar fake accounts. Each flag shows plain-language reasons so you can review spam customers before you clean up. Tag and unsubscribe them from email and SMS, suppress them in Klaviyo, or archive them in Mailchimp.

Most bad checkout emails are not fraud, they are mistakes. A shopper mistypes their address, the order goes through, and the confirmation and tracking never arrive. MailShield catches the typo at checkout and suggests the right domain so they can fix it. It also refuses disposable and temp-mail domains, plus any domain on your own blocklist, before the order is created.

Key points
  • Flags fake accounts and bot signups with clear reasons for each customer.
  • Unsubscribes spam customers and syncs cleanup to Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • One-click undo for every batch, and never deletes or touches buyers.
  • Estimates Klaviyo and Mailchimp bill impact from flagged fake customers.
  • Block disposable and temporary email domains at checkout
  • Catch common email typos and suggest the correct domain
  • Enforce your own custom list of blocked email domains
  • Auto-tag and add risk notes to suspicious orders after checkout
