How it sells itself

Baseline Stock Monitor helps merchants prevent lost revenue caused by inventory imbalances. With manual, on-demand scans, you can instantly see which online shop products are at zero stock and exactly how long they’ve been there. If a popular item is out of stock online but still available in another location (like a physical store), you can reallocate inventory before sales are lost.

Trueshelf lists the products and inventory that do not add up. It changes nothing; you decide what to fix. It finds negative quantities, locations where on hand does not equal available + committed + unusable, items set to keep selling at zero, and an empty location while another holds the stock. Not a low-stock alert: it checks that your records agree with themselves.

Key points
  • Manual inventory scans with per-location zero-stock detection
  • Clear event history page for tracking unresolved and resolved items
  • Export current zero-stock items with published-only filter via CSV export option
  • Option to refine search results with product vendor exclusion list
  • Finds negative stock and quantities that do not add up at each location
  • Flags items still set to sell at zero, before they turn into oversold orders
  • Read-only: never changes your store and never reads orders or customers
