How it sells itself

B2B Procurement OS gives your wholesale customers a self-service buyer portal. Buyers edit unfulfilled orders, submit orders for multi-step approval (Purchasing, Manager, CFO), reorder from saved lists or CSV, and request volume quotes priced from your own data. Set per-company credit limits and net terms that block over-limit or overdue orders automatically. Assign sales reps and track commission from paid orders.

Selling wholesale on net terms? One buyer can quietly place order after order until they owe far more than you agreed to extend. TermShield sets a credit limit per company and automatically blocks checkout when their unpaid balance plus the current cart would exceed it — before the order is placed, not after you've shipped. Outstanding balances update automatically from your Shopify orders.

Key points
  • Multi-level approval workflows with conditional rules based on order amount
  • Self-service order editing: quantity, shipping address, PO number, cancellation
  • Per-company credit limits and net terms that block over-limit and overdue orders
  • Hard credit-limit block at B2B checkout (outstanding + cart over limit)
  • Automatic outstanding-balance tracking, recomputed from your orders
  • Color-coded dashboard: each company's limit, credit used, who's near or over
  • Soft mode: monitor any company without blocking its checkout
