How it sells itself

B2B Credit & Receivables gives wholesale sellers what native B2B checkout doesn't: a credit limit per company account (several buyers roll up into one), AR aging per currency, and an escalating reminder schedule that can also run automatically once you opt in. Due dates respect native Shopify payment terms. Accounts are created automatically from a buyer's first order, with or without native B2B enabled.

Chalkline answers what a wholesaler asks weekly: they still owe me for the last two, do I ship the third? It reads orders that still have a balance, with their payment terms, and gives each account a card: what is owed, how many days past due the oldest invoice is, and the ageing across 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days. Worst first: by how late the money is, not how large.

Key points
  • Credit limit per company account - several buyers roll up into one limit.
  • AR aging per currency: current, 1-30, 31-60 and 60+ days overdue.
  • Escalating reminders - manual, batch or automatic (opt-in), no double sends.
  • Every account you are owed money by, sorted by how late it is
  • Ageing across 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days, each currency kept separate
  • A credit limit per account, and a plain warning when it has been passed
