How it sells itself

Assisty Stock Alerts tells you which products will run out before a new order could arrive. It reads your last 30 days of sales and each supplier's lead time, then gives every tracked variant one of four statuses: Out of stock, Runs out before restock, Reorder now, Healthy. A digest email each morning lists what runs out before restock; an email follows within minutes when a product with recent sales sells out.

Smart Reorder Assistant reads your stock levels and recent sales, then shows which products will run out before a new delivery could arrive and how many units to order. Set one lead time for your store, or different ones per vendor or product. A home dashboard brings together your reorder list, best sellers with sales trends, and slow movers that show how much money is tied up in stock that is not selling.

Key points
  • Every tracked variant gets one status from your sales and lead times
  • Runs out in days, next to each supplier's lead time, on one screen
  • A digest email each morning with what runs out before restock
  • An email within minutes when a product with recent sales sells out
  • Reorder list ranked by days of stock left, with suggested order quantities
  • Lead times for your whole store, each vendor or a single product
  • Best sellers with 30-day revenue, units and trend vs the previous month
  • Slow movers report showing stock that is not selling and its value
