How it sells itself

ApproveCart helps merchants control purchases before checkout. Create custom teams for regular Shopify customers without needing Shopify B2B, or use existing B2B companies. Buyers request approval when carts exceed spend limits or match approval rules. Approvers can review requests, edit carts, and approve or reject purchases. Buyers receive decisions by email. Checkout validates the exact approved cart.

B2B Triage manages wholesale applications on top of Shopify's native B2B. Merchants add a registration form to their store, then review each applicant in an approval queue. Approving an application creates the buyer as a native Shopify company with a location and contact, and sets that account's payment terms, tax exemption, and catalog in the same step.

Key points
  • Require approval before B2B buyers can complete checkout
  • Assign buyers, approvers, and spend limits by company
  • Add product, collection, company, and location approval rules
  • Let approvers approve or reject requests from customer accounts
  • Approve applicants into native Shopify companies, locations, and contacts.
  • Set payment terms, tax exemption, and catalog in a single approval.
  • Add a wholesale registration form to your store — no theme code required.
  • Ask Sidekick about pending applications, approval rate, and time to decide.
