About ClaimCam
Stop fake damage claims. Customers photograph the item live with a one-time code before you refund.
When a customer says an order arrived damaged, open the order and request damage photos. ClaimCam makes a link for the customer. They photograph the item, the damage and the packaging live in their browser, with a one-time code in the shot. Camera roll uploads aren't possible, so old or AI-made images can't be reused. You get an evidence page with timestamps, country, device and photo fingerprints to back your refund decision or a chargeback.
