Channl lets your customers start a return in a WhatsApp chat. A shopper sends their order number and picks a reason, and Channl checks it against the rules you set: the return window, which products are eligible, the reasons you accept, and any shipping or restocking fees. Approved returns are created in your Shopify admin with those fees applied, and the return label is booked on your own carrier account.
