Callify gives your store a toll-free number in the US or Canada that forwards to the phone you already use. Set business hours and holiday closures so callers outside them reach voicemail, and read each message as a transcript instead of listening to it. Customers can also text the number, and their messages appear in Callify. Answered calls can be recorded and transcribed. Callers and texters can be matched to their Shopify customer profiles, and your call history stays in your admin.
