About A3E Receive: Invoice to Stock
Receive supplier invoices into stock: lines read, checked and matched, cost per item kept right.
Receiving stock by hand? Upload a supplier invoice (PDF, phone photo, CSV or Excel) and A3E Receive reads every line, checks quantities and amounts against the subtotal and total, and matches each line to your products by SKU, barcode, supplier codes it learns, or name. After you review and approve, it adds the units at the location you choose and updates cost per item to the weighted average, with freight and duty included. Rechecks stock first; undo a whole invoice in one click.
