I initially hired someone to build our website on a different platform. It turned out fine, but it definitely could have been better. Later we moved our site to Shopify and I hired another designer, but unfortunately that situation didn’t work out. That’s when we found Ruchi, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. He understood exactly what I wanted for our website design without me needing to over explain things. He has an incredible eye for layout and design. Everything works together cohesively and the placement of elements throughout the site is thoughtful and intentional. He brought a lot of great ideas to the table that made the final result even better than what I originally envisioned. Ruchi is extremely responsive and always communicates quickly. He works efficiently, takes feedback very well, and makes revisions without hesitation. What I also appreciate is that he isn’t afraid to respectfully share his professional opinion if he believes something may not work well. He always offers thoughtful alternatives and solutions, which ultimately made the website stronger.
