RHM are our e-commerce team, full stop. They run the whole thing. The European DTC site, organic growth, ads, coordinating with our editorial team, and the day to day too, from collection launches to seasonal pushes to anything technical. We don't manage a pile of agencies and platforms. It's one team, they handle all of it, and they treat our business like it's their own.

RHM built our entire Shopify store for our BR-001 launch. We handed them our branding guidelines and they took it from there. Design, the full technical setup, a bilingual site across product, editorial, and community, plus gave us consulting to get us ready to sell. They delivered the whole thing.

We have worked with RHM for over 12 years, since the very beginning of Blakshop. They helped us launch the store and have been a key part of building our e-commerce business from the ground up.
