First time to experience and manage a webstore redesign but the team made it super seamless, easy and fast to boot. They're also quite open/candid but direct in terms of communicating capabilities, limitations, timings and such which paved for an accurate, aligned-to-plan/design execution as discussed. Would definitely retain/revisit/re-collaborate with them (Ken and Jao) together in the future for any Shopify/Website related projects
