Osama delivered an excellent store audit and conversion roadmap for etcha. He went well beyond a standard checklist: he reviewed our full order history, installed session recording, and watched real customer sessions to understand how people actually shop on our store. His findings were sharp and practical. He traced a drop in our average order value to stock availability rather than marketing, and found a checkout issue affecting customers who shop from inside Instagram and Facebook. He also spotted several quick wins hiding in plain sight, including conflicting shipping information and advice regarding our order baskets. What stood out most was his honesty. When the data contradicted assumptions we'd started with, he said so clearly and corrected them in the report. Every recommendation came with the reasoning behind it, prioritized by impact and effort.
