New to e-commerce, I hired Open Think Group,- JP. Roberts specifically - to run some ideas by him, as well as gain some knowledge about the marketplace in general. I found him easy to communicate with, professional, and clearly the expert I needed. JP was also great at explaining certain applications that I didn't understand and how they could save me time as well as generate a benefit to me.
