NowNow has been by my side since the very beginning stages of Preservation, from branding/identity/web, even shop layout. I really feel like John and Lucy were and still are an extension of our in-house team. The super responsive one-on-one personal support for the first three years was priceless. Not to mention all of their input and design expertise with printed materials and guidance with marketing/social media. Between Johns architectural and design background and Lucy years in retail as a buyer, they have a wealth of knowledge for anyone starting an online/retail business, big or small. I am confident that as we grow, NowNow will be there to support us. There is no one else I would trust, 5 Stars!!!

Some may think or say that building a website is simple or even easy, but what they don't understand is that for a small, family business, building a website represents more than our brand. It makes our dream a reality. Now Now, LLC, is known for its thoughtful design, content and continued support, and the reputation is well deserved. John, Lucy and Nicole are the complete package. You couldn't ask for a more down-to-earth, professional, friendly and supportive team. Let's not forget about the amazing work they provided in creating our website. Digitizing our drawings, capturing the essence of our brand, listening to our wants and needs, made our family feel like we truly were involved in every step of the process. When we saw the website for the first time, we were beyond impressed. Now Now, LLC, created a website for our business that not only functions seamlessly with Shopify, but also showcases our family, our brand, our goals and our vision.
