Lightyear

Lightyear built and designed our site from scratch. Steven is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He has a common-sense approach to a project which is extremely important for SME's who do not have unlimited budgets. Steven is helpful, adaptable and can use his own initiative to uncover problems that you may have overlooked. He's always on hand for a phone call and is great at explaining things without any jargon! We enjoy working with him and continue to do so on a regular basis. We would highly recommend Steven to anyone looking to take their business to another level.

“Having no previous experience in setting up or running an e-Commerce site, Steven has been an absolute God send for us at Absolute Nutrition. With no clear vision of my own, Steven met with me over a period of time to get a sense of our personalities and what we do before work began on our site. He pulled together all the ideas we had in our heads and creatively came up with the design for our site, which we couldn't have done better ourselves. It gets us, our story and our brand across perfectly. The initial proposal was easy to understand and Steven's training and guidance has been thorough and easier than I expected. To be honest I had always felt 'daunted' about opening up an online store but with Steven's support and training I now run and manage my own e-Commerce site. Our online presence has given us an extra dimension to our retail offering where we can reach a wider consumer market than ever before. I would highly recommend Steven, he is a pleasure to work with.”

Our company has been growing extremely quickly and we needed to adapt fast as our processes needed to grow with us. We decided to go with the Shopify platform in order to help us scale the business effectively. Steven and the team in Lightyear effectively saved the business as we launched the website in mid November of 2020 and that first Christmas saw order volumes go through the roof and we would not have been able to continue trading had we not had the updated and scaled up website. Steven has done a lot of customisations to the theme and backend processes (eg packing slips, corporate orders sections, personal note templates etc) for us and Lightyear are still doing ongoing work with us. We will continue to work with the team and we hope that they can assist us in growing the company further.
