I've worked with Joshi on and off now for over a year to do ad-hoc theme customisation projects. I find him easy to work with and very flexible. He is solutions-orientated and finds ways to solve any problems faced while building custom theme elements. One thing that's always a challenge when updating themes is small bugs/ code drop-off (e.g. while updating to the latest theme version). I am very particular about the look and feel of my brand, and Joshi is always very patient and receptive of feedback when I spot elements that require attention/ updates.
