Jackie Chan Tech

Over the years I’ve worked with several Shopify Experts and my experience with Jackie tops them all. He is highly knowledgeable, very direct and extremely prompt with communication — but most importantly, he was able to successfully modernize and refactor a legacy Shopify theme that was breaking under a high number of product variants. Jackie rebuilt the product page using a much more robust and modern approach, resolving long-standing issues with variant limits, selection accuracy, pricing updates and overall stability. He also ensured that everything stays properly in sync with the side cart, so what customers select is always reflected correctly without needing manual page refreshes. The difference in stability before and after Jackie's work is night and day — no glitches, no lag and no inconsistencies. That alone was a huge win for us. If you’re dealing with complex product setups or need someone who can step into an older theme and cleanly bring it up to modern standards, Jackie absolutely knows what he’s doing. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Prompt, capable, professional. Would absolutely recommend working with Jackie.

Very responsive to my requests and able to follow up on small fixes after the upgrade was completed.
