I was referred to CueBlocks by a SAAS customer service rep after a conversation about how I was not finding good developers. I had not had good luck with American companies. They are very expensive and a lot of the times it was almost like they didn’t even want to bother to talk to you! I was a little bit apprehensive about working outside of the US and halfway around the world. To better understand the company I researched their time zone and called about noon their time. The phone was answered quickly and professionally- the gentleman on the phone was nice and so helpful and easy to talk to. I was really blown away! I moved my development work over to Cueblocks, and I have been happy ever since we have been working together (about six years!) I like the way that they communicate, we work very well together. Every team member who’s worked on a project with me has been more than helpful, kind, considerate and professional. The work is beyond satisfactory, all conscientious and timely. Their rate is get so reasonable that even small companies like mine can access high-end development work. The communication during the project is absolutely stellar and they reach out to you with every step and they even remind you (kindly) that they have not heard back from you which is really good for me because I seem to always have so much on my plate.
