Data Requests

• Access to personal information Shoplist may have about you.
• Correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion of eligible personal information.
• Removal or suppression from Shoplist data products.
• Opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable.
• An appeal of a prior privacy request decision where applicable.

Send your request to privacy@shoplist.co and include enough information for us to find and verify the relevant record:

• your full name and work email address;
• the company, domain, app, brand, or profile involved;
• the type of request you are making;
• your state or country of residence, if relevant to the request;
• if you are acting for someone else, proof that you are authorized to act for them; and
• any URL or screenshot that helps identify the data at issue.

We may ask for more information to verify your identity, authority, or connection to the data. We may keep limited records of requests, decisions, and suppression choices so we can comply with law and prevent removed data from reappearing.

Some requests may be limited where information is needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, internal recordkeeping, or another permitted purpose.
