Really pleased with the service so far. I'm switching from Trustpilot due to them quadrupling the price of their already expensive service, and Reviews.io have been easy to work with and incredibly helpful so far, and I'm saving money. Their website is much easier to work with than the Trustpilot interface and I feel like I'm getting better customisation options for email templates etc. Adding the code to display reviews on the website is also very easy! Carlus has been a great help, setting up many of the features for me and sorting out all of my queries.

The platform looks good and has an OK dashboard that I would consider revising, just to help with navigation. I do think Reviews.IO provides the most value for smaller merchants that may not be able to afford an enterprise-level platform which can be 2X the price or more. We had bumps in the road at first but with the integration complete, we now have a review platform that satisfies google's seller ratings requirements.

To sign up and get everything up and running was super easy as Carlus did most of it for me and so my main concern, the set up, was just not a problem... really massively helpful and everything has been exactly what is promised. We are all very happy... Highly recommend...

We talked to Reviews.io about their service, as we were looking for a rating solution. Set up and implementation was easy and we were ready to go quickly. Great support and advice from the Reviews.io team (shoutout to Carlus and Shane for their great help und support).

Fantastic company with next level service. I've used Yotpo for around 4 years. I was loathe to pay extra for on site widgets, when already spending around £200 per month for review requests. That's when I found reviews.io For the same price, they have offered 5x the monthly review requests and all the widgets included. Not only that, but they personally phoned me to onboard me, had their team transfer my old reviews over and also had their in house developers install 3 widgets, with my choice of customisations, again for free. I never take the time to review companies but reviews.io have blown me away and deserve my time to do this. On a separate note - a friend of mine runs a multi-million pound per year business, with a billionaire backer, many employees and a full in-house marketing team. They use reviews.io too and have done for several years. I'm sure if there were issues of any kind they would be using someone else, so that speaks volumes in and of itself. Without doubt, Reviews.io is the best reviews partner a brand could wish for. Reviews.io has made it very easy to get customer reviews and feedback from our customers. The widgets and implementation with shopify make it well worth the monthly fee.

I spoke to a really helpful person (Mollie) who was very knowledgeable, polite and patient (I had a lot of questions to answer!). I carefully considered all the alternatives before choosing REVIEWS.io and I'm confident I chose the best company for quality and value for money in this field. The Shopify integration was done quickly and without issue. If there are any issues or improvements I want to make in the future, then it's nice to know that REVIEWS.io are there to offer help and advice at a moment's notice.

I wanted this app to help me collect more google reviews and it has done that! There are a lot of great features such as the social proof I am excited to be able to use as well. Happy with this service:)

I've tried many other Reviews apps and this is the best. It's sleek and beautiful with good features. I love the way my customers can easily review with photos. We actually sell our products through Kajabi but use Zapier to zap shopify every time we have a new purchase. Reviews.io integrates so well with shopify, so now we have a super simple system (using shopify lite, super affordable!). We love the SMS booster feature, and love that way the collection page looks for our customers who leave a review. It's helped our business so much - reviews are a HUGE game changer for businesses and more people should get in on this!

I have used other review apps with other sites I run but Reviews.io is by far the best one I have used so far. The easy integration with Shopify, simple setup of review rewards were all a great help and their Influencer and SMS capabilities aren't things I have seen anywhere else.

I was previously using a google certified review service. They were ok. Offered a ton of functionality. But charged you WAY more than the service justified. I looked elsewhere and found reviews.io. During the changeover the customer service has been very personable and implementing has been a breeze. The cost is a 1/3 of what I was paying to the other guys, and I have lost zero functionality. I am extremely happy so far with swap over and I know if I have ANY issues the team at reviews.io will assist me.

This app has been amazing for me to build trust with my customers by collecting reviews. It makes the whole process super easy, and I love that it can turn my reviews into social media posts too. The staff available on chat for tech support are amazing and reply super quickly and provide easy to follow, step by step instructions, and even jump in and do it for you when they can. As a start up with one team member i'm super grateful for how easy they've made everything!
