We've been using reviews.co.uk for over a year now and the experience has been really good. Support has always been quite quick and it seems they're always improving the platform - however I wish there were more options in terms of customisation. Highly recommended!

We have been using reviews.co.uk for a few years now. Amazing company and product review service and its developed in the UK! Support is excellent too! Highly recommended!

The key thing for us is getting Google Merchant Stars when customers find us in Google shopping etc. Reviews.co.uk is a certified partner so Google counts these reviews and awards us stars accordingly. Reviews.co.uk is the lowest cost provider I found and they are a small, attentive team that respond to any support queries quickly. The dashboard on reviews.co.uk is very easy to use so you can setup your emails as required, other than that it's all a very simple, pain free process and the shopify integration is useful, as it automates email requests for reviews being sent out. Summary: Google star certified, lowest cost, good service, easy to install and use. I can't think of any improvement really. Very happy.
