Very good service, live chat dedicated support, helps you set up everything you need, very useful app for sales and company trust.

I recently made the change from another review platform to Reviews.io. I have found the customer support to be amazing with Cameron helping make the integration a breeze. I am also really impressed with all of the features and widgets, it really caters for all of my needs. Highly recommend!

The app has been up and running now for about 3 weeks and we have seen a massive increase in 5 star reviews being left. It was great to have immediate local support to get set up and Cameron has been really quick to answer all my questions and give great advice. The app looks clean and professional on both the home page and product page and gives us that extra level of social proof. Looking forward to seeing the results of integrations with Klaviyo in the next few months.

We used this app on our sister site Equinutritive and have found it intuitive, user friendly and competitively priced when compared with other large review collection tools. We love the floating widget on desktop & the ability to put social proof across our whole site with simple code snippets.

An excellent addition to our site. As a relatively new brand we needed something that provided customers with peace of mind and confirmed our claims. Reviews.io have multiple widgets allowing cross site placements that provide social proof adding a sense of realness and reassurance to the customer journey. Would highly recommend if you are seriously building a brand.

Great customer service! Carlus was very helpful when speaking to him after getting set up. Started getting reviews straight away which was brilliant! Got a few nice features as well & lots of widgets!

The platform is very easy to use with a nice interface. The team is very helpful. They also are a Googler Review partner and submit our reviews to Google. We noticed a huge improvement in sales by adding reviews to our website and product pages. Conversion went up by .5% and is viewed by all of our customers. I highly recommend reviews.io or similar.

I've used Reviews.io for some months now and my first impression were that of great trouble.. Technical and implementation. But together with their awesome support they helped solve it all. Quick to answer and always on the ball to help! Which was a new experience for me from the SaaS world. The program helps us collect reviews, both company and product, integrating it to our site for that awesome social proof. Right now I'm working on tagging and categorizing instagram pictures that customers has tagged us in. All within their reviews.io. ‍ Eventually that will work with a widget of theirs on our site as UserGeneratedContent for an even bigger boost! Reviews.io is right in there in our bigger picture strategy of the customer experience - and together with them we can make a deeper connection with our customers.

Being a fairly new ecommerce start up the customer service from reviews has been commendable! A special mention to two people: Lewis whom we initially spoke to & who signed us up followed by Carlus who has been very helpful & patient from the start of us joining reviews. His patience & guidance on how best to use the platform for our current needs is much appreciated. The reviews platform is also simple to navigate & straightforward to use. Having a great experience using the reviews.io app! Nicola has been particularly helpful, and no request is too much for her. She is always on hand to help and provides an A+ service.

The team at Reviews.io have been super helpful in helping us get set up. They saved us from getting bad reviews for late deliveries during COVID-19 by delaying review requests being sent out to reduce bad reviews for extended delivery times. Jumping on the live chat, Cameron has always responded to me super quickly and never pretended like they'd never heard of us, he remembered both myself and my web developer and were consistent in getting me help and/or my problem resolved in under an hour. Gotta give yourselves a pat on the back guys you've been the best reviews app we've used so far :)

Great review collection app and an awesome team ready to help. We started with Yotpo, moved to Stamped.io, and have finally settled with Reviews.io. I wish we'd found it sooner because I spent way to much time and money mucking around to get the right platform. It's by far the best reviews platform. It's not overpriced like Yotpo and it has all the google trust and integrations that most platforms are missing. The team even built custom site integrations for us and everything looks great. Highly recommended to all!
