The team at Reviews have been so friendly and helpful so far, and setup was incredibly straightforward. The onboarding call with Carlus was just about the most enjoyable onboarding experience I've had with a provider! Looking forward to the reviews rolling in!

We were so nervous about choosing the "right" reviews app and finally made the plunge. We have been blown away by the set up support. I assumed I'd have to do most of the set up myself but it was quite the opposite. They are always available to help with my silly questions, quick to respond and I'm just not used to having someone else do the hard graft for me. I can't thank reviews.io enough for getting our reviews up and running so quickly. And they look great on our site too. I was worried about it ruining the aesthetic of our site but it blends in perfectly and only enhances the whole experience. Thank you.

This app and company are fantastic. Great and speedy service and the integration with our Shopify store works and looks great. Highly recommended.

Early days using this but this is the only platform I've used for our online store where the support staff actually worked with me step by step to set everything up and within one session we had all our company and product review emails sent to our customers. Brilliant.

Really pleased with the service so far. I'm switching from Trustpilot due to them quadrupling the price of their already expensive service, and Reviews.io have been easy to work with and incredibly helpful so far, and I'm saving money. Their website is much easier to work with than the Trustpilot interface and I feel like I'm getting better customisation options for email templates etc. Adding the code to display reviews on the website is also very easy! Carlus has been a great help, setting up many of the features for me and sorting out all of my queries.

The platform looks good and has an OK dashboard that I would consider revising, just to help with navigation. I do think Reviews.IO provides the most value for smaller merchants that may not be able to afford an enterprise-level platform which can be 2X the price or more. We had bumps in the road at first but with the integration complete, we now have a review platform that satisfies google's seller ratings requirements.

To sign up and get everything up and running was super easy as Carlus did most of it for me and so my main concern, the set up, was just not a problem... really massively helpful and everything has been exactly what is promised. We are all very happy... Highly recommend...

We talked to Reviews.io about their service, as we were looking for a rating solution. Set up and implementation was easy and we were ready to go quickly. Great support and advice from the Reviews.io team (shoutout to Carlus and Shane for their great help und support).

Fantastic company with next level service. I've used Yotpo for around 4 years. I was loathe to pay extra for on site widgets, when already spending around £200 per month for review requests. That's when I found reviews.io For the same price, they have offered 5x the monthly review requests and all the widgets included. Not only that, but they personally phoned me to onboard me, had their team transfer my old reviews over and also had their in house developers install 3 widgets, with my choice of customisations, again for free. I never take the time to review companies but reviews.io have blown me away and deserve my time to do this. On a separate note - a friend of mine runs a multi-million pound per year business, with a billionaire backer, many employees and a full in-house marketing team. They use reviews.io too and have done for several years. I'm sure if there were issues of any kind they would be using someone else, so that speaks volumes in and of itself. Without doubt, Reviews.io is the best reviews partner a brand could wish for. Our business is new and small (for now) and yet I've just been treated like a rockstar to have my site further optimised and looking awesome with their software.
