Update to the saga - The Reviews app had an issue and none of the review requests were sent. I send several support requests regarding this issue and nothing was done. reviews agreed to refund my years subscription as i want to cancel but every time i ask were the rund is they seem to forget an=bout the agreement they made. I have now had to cont my credit card comapy to get the refund as the team at Reviews.IO simply can not be trusted Have yet to use the reviews.io plan as we are waiting to import reviews from our old app. The features look good from what i have seen. I signed for the Growing Business plan paying 12 months upfront, then also charged for the monthly plan! had the monthly charge refunded. To be honest they are quick to correct Keep an eye on your credit card statements.

Well, to make a long story short - on company plugin website they state that Question & Answer is avaliable in a Small Business plan. After conversation and paid for a developer to install that plugin on our website - they said "I apologize. The wording on the pricing plan page needs to be updated." If we knew that we would use differ plugin - not waste out time ! Lesson learned

Truly fantastic solution, super easy to integrate, and a great team to work with. I love their dashboard as well as the way you can combine relevant reviews. The social tools are also increadable.

We looked at a few options as we wanted both a place for our customers to know that our reviews are verified so they can trust them while also allowing these reviews to be seen by Google. The main area that stood out with reviews.io is the support, Vilash in business development and both Amador and Carlus in customer success have been excellent. We asked a lot of questions and they were really helpful and proactive. This stood them apart from others and I'm happy with our decision and implementation.

I've been using REVIEWS.io for nearly 1 year now and they are excellent. They've always provided instant support and have helped me with some suggestions to boost my review conversion rates. The reviews in which you receive are all invite-only, so you getting only quality reviews that have are been verified. I would highly recommend REVIEWS.io to any growing business.

We've been using reviews.io for around 12 months now and it's been wonderful – easy to use interface and daily management, and lots of widgets to choose from. Their support team has copped many questions from us and they've been polite and very helpful on every occasion. Highly recommend this app for people wanting a cost-effective way to use reviews and build customer trust.

This app is super easy to use. Seamless & stable integration with Shopify, and the range of widgets is great. And backed by a really great support team!

I used this app to help increase company reviews and collect product reviews whereby customers can also upload pics and videos. Love that Reviews.io has creative widgets and functions to ensure your store is displaying the reviews on the website and social media in an aesthetically appealing way. The team at Reviews have been so friendly and helpful so far, and setup was incredibly straightforward. The onboarding call with Carlus was just about the most enjoyable onboarding experience I've had with a provider! Looking forward to the reviews rolling in!

We were so nervous about choosing the "right" reviews app and finally made the plunge. We have been blown away by the set up support. I assumed I'd have to do most of the set up myself but it was quite the opposite. They are always available to help with my silly questions, quick to respond and I'm just not used to having someone else do the hard graft for me. Early days using this but this is the only platform I've used for our online store where the support staff actually worked with me step by step to set everything up and within one session we had all our company and product review emails sent to our customers. Brilliant.
