Good review platform and more affordable than the alternatives. UI could use some work as the initial setup took a bit longer than expected compared to other review platforms I've tried. Also missing some things like statistics on reminder invites, but they assured me that would be available soon.

Excellent product and super staff support especially from Millie really helped me get everything sorted.

This app makes it very easy is display reviews on our home page and product pages. The service team at Reviews.io is also amazing - they have solved issues and answered questions super quickly and have made the process smoother. Like many here, we made the switch from Trustpilot after we could no longer justify the high expense of using their service. We get all the same important features we had on Trustpilot like json-ld product data, Google product reviews, questions/answers and more. On top of this they offer more widgets and they work better in our site. The responsive customer support is just the icing on the cake. Happy customer :)

We switched from Trustpilot when Trustpilot wanted to raise their prices significantly yet again. Reviews.io made the switch easy as possible, and the Shopify integration was simple. I think the platform is better than Trustpilot as well as being cheaper! :)

App works great, and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. The chat feature is great for when you need help quickly.

REVIEWS.io is our trusted partner to collect verified reviews. They have a lot of widget options for displaying reviews in addition to robust reviews collection options. Tech support has always been great although we rarely need help outside of customization. All in all, I believe REVIEWS.io is the best value in reviews platforms.

Reviews.io is excellent integrates perfectly with my Shopify store and the customer service is fantastic and always able to assist you if you have any difficulties.

We are have been using reviews.io for the last 6th months on a number of websites. The functionality of the review aggregator is the best we have used thus far. The technical support from their team is second to none. Superfast setup and installation with Shopify. We have seen a +50% increase in review feedback from customers and this has a positive influencer on our overall conversion rate.

Stay well clear! I downloaded this app as I wanted to show all product reviews on every product page. I contacted customer services via email with the correct csv required to upload my previous reviews. They informed me they needed more information and if I wishes to upload more reviews it would be $99. This service is actually free with many other apps. They also sent me an email 20 minutes later, before enabling me to reply, saying they were wrapping up the conversation! Why?!? Give at least 24 hours for an email response, it’s not like I was wasting time on a live chat. I then deleted the app and I was called several times about why I had done so. I explained I did not want to discuss it further and blocked the number. They then persistently continued to call me from other numbers and left voice mail messages asking about my business goals. Absolutely appalling after I stated I no longer wanted to work with them. I have now used Fera.ai with no charges, easy to install (so haven’t needed to contact customer service) and app appeared exactly where and how I wished without editing any code.

We have been using this app for a almost a year.Like this app and we are very happy to upgrade our plan.The reviews help us to grow.I like the invitation settings and we have a good conversion rate.I also have submited requests to add new features,they are pretty helpful to handle for me.Staffs like Andrew,Comerson,Mollie all have assisted me with the problems.Thank you all for your professional help.

Amador and their team have been super helpful all along the way: from importing our existing reviews, to setting up review collection flows, and explaining the Google Rich Snippets. They helped implement their code when I was having trouble, and they even stylized it to fit our branding.

I needed to export the CSV of all reviews on this platform before uninstalling the app (it's pretty pricey when compared to competitors), only to be advised that in order to export reviews I am required to UPGRADE to the next business plan. This is unheard of. I'd do my homework and avoid. UPDATE: I was not told that exporting reviews were possible without paying UNTIL I left this review. The below is the email I received from Reviews.io when I initially asked for the reviews to be exported: Hi Sarah, Thank you for getting back to me. As per conversation with my colleagues in the Sydney office, you can export your reviews but would need to upgrade to our Growing Business Plan , which can be done within the dashboard.
