Great customer service, very responsive. App has a lot of options on what can do so just beginning to figure out, so calling on customer service quite a bit.

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money. Would definitely recommend. Great technical support from Mollie and Dylan in customer support who quickly dealt with a review widget code issue which they resolved by editing the necessary code as soon as we made contact and removed any complications with trying to resolve the issue ourselves.

SUPER amazing account management and support! The integration is very clean, and our rep Nancy patiently spent a lot of time answering questions and training other members of our team. When we required development work, it was executed very well and in a timely manner. Really can't ask for much more from a vendor partner!

The level of customer service from these guys is INSANE! Highly recommend. Worked closely with me to get things set up and so far everything has been amazing!

I just started with reviews.io as it looks great and has different features to collect reviews. Mollie from Reviews.io was such a great help integrating it with Shopify and helping me with diverse questions.

After the implementation it is easy to use and improved our conversion rate of the shop. A good solution to collect reviews.

The service is great, they are always onboard to help with any questions, I have not yet pushed the App to our live customers yet, but with the set up reviews.io have been super helpful!

Reviews.io is an amazing platform that keeps evolving its features. The out of the box widgets and features natively integrated with Shopify made it a breeze to get up and running. They also have a robust api that has allowed us to do some pretty advanced things outside of the standard offerings. Support is quick to reply and has been very helpful. We are very happy with this platform and are excited to see what new features and improvements they release next!
