Unfortunately we had issues mapping unique identifiers for google shopping, so could no longer continue using reviews.io. But they reached out and took my previous review productively so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Support were always great.

Reviews.io has great features, innovative backend and superb support team. Highly recommend it. The video first review request emails are really rocks. If your crownd are millenials, REviews.io is a definite go.

Everything was going well until the actual implementation of the widgets and import of our reviews file. The developers replaced our previous reviews widget on a LIVE PUBLISHED THEME which did not work. So all our products were showing "0 Reviews." When I reached out to my account manager and customer support, they told me it would take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS to reverse or fix this problem. So I have to sit here and wait 2 days for you to fix your mess-up? Why did you develop on a live theme? I switched because customer service was slower on stamped, but at least they knew what they were doing. I do not have the confidence the rest of our platform is suitable if you can't even manage this simple task. UPDATE: The account manager escalated this to their CEO/CTO and the matter has been handled exceptionally. They stand behind their product.

Great reviews app and amazing support. I can highly recommend to use reviews.io. They are truly developing their app based on the customer needs, which is truly amazing. Especially the Country Manager for Germany is highly supporting and is doing an amazing job. Finally also a reviews app, with which the Google Product Rich Snippets worked instantly.

Die App bietet mir genau das was ich benötige, verschiedene Bewertungsanfragen für verschiedene Produktarten, eine automatisierte Dankes-Email und tolle Darstellungsmöglichkeiten der Ratings auf meiner Seite. Das Support Team ist grossartig. Direkt nachdem ich die App installiert hatte, kontaktierte mich das Support Team und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Sie standen per Email, live Chat und Video Call zur Verfügung, bis wirklich alles perfekt eingerichtet war. Grossartig!!!

Best review app out there! Support is very responsive as well! It has all the integrations, and the UI is very clean looking as well.
