Works perfect four about a year now. We used it in our Woocommcerce Shop and now we are transferring it to shopify. No problem at all. Whenever we need help or some custom solutions, the support is super helpful!

Great app with a quick setup time and lots of customization. Customer service members go above and beyond to get you set up, answer any questions and resolve your issues and also take on board improvements. Emailing support is quick and efficient when migrating data.

Leider habe etwas Schwierigkeiten gehabt den Code der Widgets einzufügen, doch der Support hat meine Probleme direkt an das Entwicklungsteam weitergeleitet - diese haben all meine gewünschten Widgets im Shop integriert und das ohne Aufpreis! Sehr guter Kundensupport - abgesehen vom Produkt ein sehr wichtiger Grund für mich langfristig bei Reviews.io Kunde zu bleiben!

It took me a while to work out what review application to go for. Really glad I went for reviews.io as its super important to go for a reviews platform that people trust. Some of the other reviews scream "drop shipping" The features that reviews.io have are fantastic, I love the nuggets and feel they will play a big part in getting people to hit the checkout button. The dashboard is also super easy to use & review collection process is simple to set up. If I have had any questions they are also really fast at getting back to us and offering help/advice

This app is great for collection reviews via email! You can also have them showcased on your website homepage. It's easy to use and manage. The customer service is incredible via live chat. If you need any help with set up or would like to make any custom changes, they are so quick and effective. Go team! We cant recommend enough!

I'm not very good at Tech but found review.io easy to set following the simple steps on the help page. Kai my customer service adviser was amazing. I had trouble getting the reviews on my web site but she accessed the backend and popped them on there for me.

We used Reviews.io to have a one-stop platform for all our reviews needs and we even got some of the paid add-ons that is really useful for managing reviews on various 3rd party review platforms. Even the basic plan is extremely useful to get feedback from your customers and it's so easy to set up and use. Shout out to Kai and Jake for assisting me with some technical stuff that saved me so many hours of manual tasks and we're able to send 8000+ review requests to recent customers within minutes and also to make sure we are able to put forward the best photos in the reviews for future customers to view. Next step, we will be trying to build a bank of UGC (user generated content) to be displayed on our website using Reviews.io's widgets and add Un-invasive review widgets in all our product pages. I am confident our revenue will improve just with some of the tools reviews.io offers in their plans.
