Reviews.io was a big help in collecting reviews. We were already doing ok with product reviews using another app but moving to Reviews.io helped us get our Google Local and Facebook reviews where they needed to be. Highly recommended.

Vilash was really helpful with updating our reviews widget on shopify. Very helpful and knowledgeable and made it easy to do.

Definitely a lousy app. they don't help. stay away. There are positive fake reviews. or try and see.

Something did not work, they helped within 24 hours, and after that I had another issue we did a live meeting with support and 20min later everything worked as planned

they are not helping. I downloaded it twice and then uninstalled it. Special thanks to Adam for your help.

The app is not easy to understand at first. I had problem installing it. They have a great customer support!!! They did everything for me, they fixed the many issues I had. Specially a BIG thanks to Adam and your patience! The app works perfectly fine on my website.

I have used the other review platforms in the past and Reviews.io is miles ahead of the competition in terms of pricing and offering. Love the UCG elements as well as the platfrom in general. Simple to use and you can get up and running in no time at all. 5 Star all round!!!

The staff at Reviews.io were really helpful with communicating with Google on my behalf to get my reviews showing on Google Shopping. This integration with Google Shopping isn't something all reviews platforms offer and it's an awesome way to have your review show up as soon as people search for you! Awesome app.
