I'm not very good at Tech but found review.io easy to set following the simple steps on the help page. Kai my customer service adviser was amazing. I had trouble getting the reviews on my web site but she accessed the backend and popped them on there for me.

I had a lot of help setting up integration with Reviews.IO and customisation. They have been so great at responding quickly and with fast solutions to any issues. Always friendly, patient and made things finally happen! Thanks again

We used Reviews.io to have a one-stop platform for all our reviews needs and we even got some of the paid add-ons that is really useful for managing reviews on various 3rd party review platforms. Even the basic plan is extremely useful to get feedback from your customers and it's so easy to set up and use. Shout out to Kai and Jake for assisting me with some technical stuff that saved me so many hours of manual tasks and we're able to send 8000+ review requests to recent customers within minutes and also to make sure we are able to put forward the best photos in the reviews for future customers to view. Next step, we will be trying to build a bank of UGC (user generated content) to be displayed on our website using Reviews.io's widgets and add Un-invasive review widgets in all our product pages. I am confident our revenue will improve just with some of the tools reviews.io offers in their plans.

We had ups and downs for a while with reviews.io but it seems to work smoothly now. Our success manager Andrew is willing to help the best he can and is doing a good job so far.

Using this app to give our customers and easy and effective way to write reviews. Really nice app. Lots of good features. Easy to use and I like that it's possible to add custom questions regarding fit etc. Also not noticed any difference to our site speed. The support is also great, Kai has helped us out a lot getting Reviews on our store and looking great :) highly recommend!

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

Best customer review platform available on the Shopify platform. We have used ShopperApproved and can confirm that Reviews.io is a superior solution.
