We have been using Reviews IO for a few months now. I love how user-friendly the platform is. It has made a massive difference for us by pushing all the reviews to our Walmart store. We use customer testimonials very often and being able to search and pull testimonials and create snippets super fast has been a huge time saver. We had a few snags while getting everything set up but the Reviews IO team was so very helpful and made sure everything was set up and functioning the way it should. Highly recommend this app.

We've used Reviews.io for over 2 years now and couldn't be more happier. Great integration with Google, wonderful customer support, and having the reviews on our site has helped tremendously with continued customer repeat orders.

We had a really poor experience with the support of this app. The trial cancelation UI is very misleading hiding the actual cancel option in fine print and presenting an end trial button that actually just ends the trial and charges you. Also, after reviewing the app against 20 important features that we require we found a lot of issues with the review approval process which is very constricted (reviews can only be verified if prompted via the app system), customization options are very limited, UGC features are paid addons which is not the case for most similarly prices apps. There were other smaller issues we encountered as well in testing.

The support is the best we've encountered, from explaining the platform to onboarding and setting up. The functionality is very detailed and the possibilities are endless. We are really impressed and appreciate all the help we've had. Thanks so much, guys!

We have compared many assessment tools. With reviews.io, the price-performance ratio convinced us. Now we have been using it for about a year. The implementation needs some development knowledge. But here you get great help from the support. We have all the functions we need and it works fine. Update: We just relaunched our shop with a new template - and the support team was super helpful. Everything works!

I'm glad they have a dedicated customer service team, or else I wouldn't have been able to upload the code on my own. I look forward to using that app. I'm excited about the prospect of gathering more product and website reviews.

Features are great, and your users can leave reviews without creating accounts on some third-party system. Support has been great, and the free trial lets you test most of the features. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the value.
