We had ups and downs for a while with reviews.io but it seems to work smoothly now. Our success manager Andrew is willing to help the best he can and is doing a good job so far.

I appreciate the proactive approach by Reviews.io staff reaching out to explain how I can use the platform more effectively. There are new things I wasn't aware of, which I'm now busy adding to my website.

Using this app to give our customers and easy and effective way to write reviews. I am not tech savvy at all and was procrastinating getting something like this set up, but the support team (we worked with Cam!) replied IMMEDIATELY and was extremely extremely helpful. If you are looking for a fuss-free solution for reviews on your site, I highly recco them. Thanks again, Cam!

Really nice app. Lots of good features. Easy to use and I like that it's possible to add custom questions regarding fit etc. Also not noticed any difference to our site speed. The support is also great, Kai has helped us out a lot getting Reviews on our store and looking great :) highly recommend!

Great support! I really love the Reviews.io-Integration in our store. Nice widgets to place the reviews in different ways on every site.

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

This app works really great and I generated lots of new reviews! the support is very friendly and quick to respond. best rating app out there for me!

Best customer review platform available on the Shopify platform. We have used ShopperApproved and can confirm that Reviews.io is a superior solution.

So far my experience has been great - I'm still very new to the app, so can't give to much insight into it but, I have to say the customer service is top notch - I've been dealing mostly with Kai who has helped out tremendously with the transfer over from yotpo!! Can't thank these guys enough

Support is fantastic. Always quick to help and go above and beyond with any issue. Needed a widget coded into the header and they were happy to do it and even added a different version that better suited mobile users.

Über den Support ist das möglich und alles war an einem Abend erledigt. Ich bin begeistert! UPDATE: Immer noch fantastisch. Neue Bewertungen kommen täglich rein. Der Support ist genial und super schnell, egal um was es geht.

Love this app! Really easy to collect reviews. The interface is very user-friendly and our customers find it easy as well to write a review. Shows on Google ads once you have 100 reviews as well! Highly recommend.

I'm new to these apps so I can't comment on the overall experience just yet, but I did want to come here initially to show my thanks to the Support & Dev teams. Incredible levels of support and every issue I've needed help with has been taken on and fixed/implemented in a friendly and quick manner. Thanks for all your help so far!

THE way forward for collecting reviews. We were with a previous review company for a number of years but the help/integrations/functionality were not a patch on Reviews.io. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Service is superb!
