Great Support and a quick turnaround from developers. The App is intuitive and easy to use and is a must for helping conversion.

After evaluating a number of platforms, Reviews.io came out as the winner. And I'm really glad I picked it for our store - the platform has a ton of great features, it's really easy to integrate with our Shopify 2.0 theme, and their support team has been super helpful getting it set up. Would recommend!

We use this app to help get product reviews. The support team is always available to help when you need it. The widgets on the site are displayed very nicely.

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. Would definitely recommend. Great technical support from Mollie and Dylan in customer support who quickly dealt with a review widget code issue which they resolved by editing the necessary code as soon as we made contact and removed any complications with trying to resolve the issue ourselves.

SUPER amazing account management and support! The integration is very clean, and our rep Nancy patiently spent a lot of time answering questions and training other members of our team. When we required development work, it was executed very well and in a timely manner. Really can't ask for much more from a vendor partner!
