Fantastic app, great fast customer service, always super helpful with making changes at no extra costs.

Stay well clear! I downloaded this app as I wanted to show all product reviews on every product page. I contacted customer services via email with the correct csv required to upload my previous reviews. They informed me they needed more information and if I wishes to upload more reviews it would be $99. This service is actually free with many other apps. They also sent me an email 20 minutes later, before enabling me to reply, saying they were wrapping up the conversation! Why?!? Give at least 24 hours for an email response, it’s not like I was wasting time on a live chat. I then deleted the app and I was called several times about why I had done so. I explained I did not want to discuss it further and blocked the number. They then persistently continued to call me from other numbers and left voice mail messages asking about my business goals. Absolutely appalling after I stated I no longer wanted to work with them. I have now used Fera.ai with no charges, easy to install (so haven’t needed to contact customer service) and app appeared exactly where and how I wished without editing any code.

Brilliant support from very helpful real people. Easy set up and installation, we've been using them for a couple of years now. I just did a theme update and they were super helpful with it. Mollie was particularly helpful. Thank you! xx

We are have been using reviews.io for the last 6th months on a number of websites. The functionality of the review aggregator is the best we have used thus far. The technical support from their team is second to none. Superfast setup and installation with Shopify. We have seen a +50% increase in review feedback from customers and this has a positive influencer on our overall conversion rate.

Amador and their team have been super helpful all along the way: from importing our existing reviews, to setting up review collection flows, and explaining the Google Rich Snippets. They helped implement their code when I was having trouble, and they even stylized it to fit our branding.

Good friendly company that explain all the things that are important when setting reviews up. Solid system, trusted by google. Customer services staff know their stuff and are quick to help and resolve any issues.

Great app and excellent customer service. Very customisable. The team are always so quick and helpful and we’re excited to see our reviews grow and grow.

I needed to export the CSV of all reviews on this platform before uninstalling the app (it's pretty pricey when compared to competitors), only to be advised that in order to export reviews I am required to UPGRADE to the next business plan. This is unheard of. I'd do my homework and avoid. UPDATE: I was not told that exporting reviews were possible without paying UNTIL I left this review. The below is the email I received from Reviews.io when I initially asked for the reviews to be exported: Hi Sarah, Thank you for getting back to me. As per conversation with my colleagues in the Sydney office, you can export your reviews but would need to upgrade to our Growing Business Plan , which can be done within the dashboard. I use Reviews.io on two different websites. Excellent customer support, which quickly and reliably takes care of questions of any kind and always finds a solution even for unusual problems.

Amazing Tool! We have been worried before to implement reviews.io in our German shop as there is another well know player in the market which you need to have to generate trust with your customers. After using the app for a few months, we are surprised how many more reviews we are able to collect and how much more (useful) feature reviews.io offers. On top you get a top-notch & caring customer service. Five stars!

We use Review.io to integrate verified Reviews in our onlineshop and to show the feedback at our landing page . The set up took a while, because we had various customizations to do. During the whole time, the reviews.io did an incredibly good job und were always there to help. No matter how complicated the question or problem was, reviews.io managed it to solve it quickly and help us. They are very friendly, supportive, and always think one step ahead what makes it easy for us to adapt new settings. We are very happy to use reviews.io and we can absolutely recommend it!

We've been using the app now for the better part of a year. We've found it easy to work and is has great visibility on Google. It was far cheaper than Trustpilot and the customer facing teams have been good. We recently moved another of our brands over to Reviews.io and I have to say, Carlus really stood out. He ensured we were onboarded successfully, was always quick to respond and helped troubleshoot where necessary - he certainly stood out.

Couldn't speak highly enough of the level of service that our Reviews I.O team have given us since we joined this app. Working with Cam, our Customer Success Manager has meant everything has been installed and set up efficiently with so much support for our requests. We've worked with Reviews.io for nearly 3 years. They are incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we've had questions. It's been an ideal experience.

It is a good experience to set up widgets and a lot of individualisations are possible to adapt to your shop look. A few things need code. The support is excellent and very helpful. I can truly recommend each one of the support team. They all deserve 5 stars.
