We've tried multiple Review apps, and definitely this one has our 5 stars specially for support but also having all the features out of the box we were looking for. From Company reviews to Product reviews and specially NPS, this is a great plus. Installation is easy and migration from other software also.

Great Support and a quick turnaround from developers. The App is intuitive and easy to use and is a must for helping conversion.

After evaluating a number of platforms, Reviews.io came out as the winner. And I'm really glad I picked it for our store - the platform has a ton of great features, it's really easy to integrate with our Shopify 2.0 theme, and their support team has been super helpful getting it set up.
