Diff tackled the challenge of improving gorjana's mobile-first and user-centric website to enhance in-store experiences. We developed an omni-channel solution that aimed to boost conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and fine jewelry sales. The project included UX workshops that informed a comprehensive site redesign featuring innovative tools such as 'Shop the Look,' curated product detail pages (PDPs), and an extensive search function. The end result is a seamless shopping experience with greater customer engagement.
