Give EU customers an online way to withdraw from orders, and manage every request in one place.
Since June 19, 2026, stores selling to EU customers must provide an online withdrawal option where required by law. This app adds a clearly labeled withdrawal form to your order status page and a storefront page. Customers pick the items, can add a reason, and confirm in two steps. They get a confirmation email immediately. Each request appears in your admin with the items, the reason, and your refund deadline. You can then hold fulfillment, create a return, refund, or cancel the order.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Meet: EU withdrawal on a store, it is there.
