The app itself is actually very good. However, the company are clearly struggling to keep on top of the volume of new customers that they are getting, and rather than stopping selling to new customers, they are continuing to take them on. This means the app is regularly going offline for all customers and is costing stores a lot of money as the checkout completely breaks. Very unstable. Today is 18 April, all of a sudden for both of my website, the date and time selection modules become partial disabled and we are losign customers every minute. And they are uncontactable! I am a premium paying customer on their most expensive package! REPLY MY EMAILS NOW! cavendishmeat@gmail.com

Great app that get the job done. The development team service is excellent, prompt and thoughtful. Will recommend to anyone with similar needs. Further update: The team never disappoint us in the customer service area. Their prompt and accurate advice is very helpful in the fast paced online business area.

Although with COVID, they were experiencing issues as with every other internet based company, once things calmed down they have been completely hands on and have helped me in prompt time, with every response! Even when I don't respond in a timely manner, I get an follow up email:) Love this app!!

Very disappointed with this app. The app went down about a week ago and it hasn't been functioning properly since then, causing disruption to my business. Getting their support to respond to me is the most challenging task of all. It's been 4 days and 3 follow-ups with no response, not even an acknowledgment that they have received this email. On top of that, their support is only available during European hours. If you are going to be servicing US customers, you should have support during US timezomes. I'm paying for a service where I can't use one of it's most critical features...I'm looking for another solution now.

This is a great app with fantastic support. It allows us to control local delivery, store pick-up and shipping options with an enormous amount of complexity. We have been able to expand quickly using Zapiet because it works so well.

This app is a critical to the success of my store. Over the past years they have added more functionality that has enabled me to remove unnecessary apps and use Zapiet as a one stop shop. They are also extremely quick to respond to technical difficulties which sometimes happen on any platform. Just today my app was having a glitch, and within 5 minutes of me sending a support ticket it was fixed and I was back up and running! Special thanks to Sandy for the fast turnaround!

Superb, prompt support and a very customisable app. You will need to spend time on this app to get the best of it, but if your business operates like mine, it is time well spent!

So far, so good! Our customers really like it. I only wish I didn't have to migrate our shipping options over. We have somewhat complex shipping options so I simply added a Free Local Pickup option within Shopify and we're good to go. I had submitted a question about blocking out pickup times throughout the day (like when we're at lunch) and Ryan got right back to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to block out the lunch hour quickly and easily.

This app has been pretty great for our online store! It allows us to take orders for local pick-up. It's fairly straight-forward to use and set up. Zapiet has been very responsive in their customer service and helping to address any issues we have. I would definitely recommend this app! Thank you Zapiet and all your great employees .

We had some issues installing this app, mostly cause we're using a third-party theme I think, but once the helpful support helped us out, it works great!

The developers are super helpful. The support has been spot on. I have run into several road blocks and they have helped me over and over again. I have tried other websites to do what I needed to do but this app did what i needed.

This app has transformed our business . Before we found Store Pickup and Delivery, there was no practical way for us to offer in store pickups at multiple locations. We just instituted the local delivery functionality (just a few button clicks to set it live) as well which is a lifesaver during the Covid Pandemic -- The tech support team is great too.

This app is solving a lot of problems for us. As a brick & mortar store who does not ship, Shopify has been an imperfect fit for us for the past 3 years. It's been one workaround/hack after another. But Store Pickup + Delivery is a game changer for us. It does exactly what we need it to do. It's very easy to configure, and the developer has provided an outstanding level of support to us. Andy has gone above and beyond, even fixing issues with our store that have nothing to do with the app. Thank you!

Hi everyone! This is an updated review just after 6-7 hours. I went to bed around 2am not being able to figure out the issue my store was having. I woke up to an email from the support team asking if they could personally onboard my shop with your app. Although their app is a bit more expensive, the support itself was well worth the extra expense. My store is now up and running with customer purchasing and they are having a streamlined process. I'm excited to get this going and serve my community. ___________________ I didn't even get a chance to use this app due to no response in customer service after a few emails. This is the best app in the appstore for local delivery! Not just the app itself - the customer support is outstanding! They helped us so quick and gave us the solution we needed - even in small details to make the customer experience nearly peferect. Go on with that guys!

I used this app to help me set up free, no-contact local delivery & at-store pickup in response to COVID-19 regulations & concerns. Had to get help modifying it so that our products had these options available but only certain products were available for shipping and to get the shipping fees applied correctly. Thank you, Shopify gurus, for making it work!

We understand that it's super hard to make a guide that works flawlessly as the theme developers constantly update their code bases without informing the app developer. The founder Andrew, and his team responded in a matter of hours and were really hands on on solving the issues.
